Applicable Industries
High-speed heavy transfer packaging machinery, metal cutting low-voltage servo axes, automated palletizing equipment, textile high-tension winding machinery, plastic blow molding equipment, automated assembly heavy-duty robotic actuators, logistics high-speed sorting conveyor systems
Installation Requirements
- Vertical mounting on standard 35 mm DIN rail inside sealed industrial low-voltage control cabinet
- Mandatory ventilation clearance: 60 mm top exhaust gap, 40 mm bottom intake gap, 25 mm lateral separation gap between adjacent high-current servo drives
- Cabinet high-temperature resistant forced cooling fan mandatory for continuous full-load operation at ambient temperature above 30°C
- All high-current motor power cables adopt thick cross-section shielded twisted pair cables with single-point shield grounding at cabinet earth bar
- Strictly separate wiring channels for high-current power cables and low-voltage encoder/I/O signal cables to block electromagnetic noise induction
- STO safety circuit wiring must strictly follow official low-voltage safety schematic drawings to maintain SIL2 safety certification validity
Usage Precautions
- Forbid exposed installation outside sealed control cabinet; conductive dust and humidity ingress creates short-circuit hazards for high-current power stage components
- Maintain input AC voltage strictly within 85–265 VAC operating range; sustained overvoltage permanently damages internal rectifier and IGBT power modules
- Execute full-load motor auto-tuning procedure before formal production operation; mismatched motor parameters trigger severe torque oscillation and overcurrent shutdown protection
- Never disconnect motor high-current power cable while drive remains energized; live disconnection generates large electric arcs that burn power stage terminal pins
- Install matched single/three-phase EMC filter on input power supply to fully comply with CE EMC electromagnetic compatibility standards
- Clean heat sink fins and cooling fan dust accumulation every 2 months in heavy-dust production workshops to prevent automatic overtemperature shutdown protection
