Working Principle

Three-phase 480VAC US mains rectified to high-voltage shared DC bus; IGBT power module converts DC to variable frequency three-phase sinusoidal PWM output driving permanent magnet servo motor. Encoder real-time position feedback forms triple closed-loop control. Regenerative energy shared between parallel axes via DC bus link; excess energy consumed via external braking resistor. Dual-channel STO safety circuit complies with US machine safety regulations to cut motor torque instantly during emergency stop trigger.

Applicable Industries

North American export packaging machinery, CNC metal cutting equipment, automated assembly lines, food processing machinery, hydraulic press servo retrofit systems, woodworking automation equipment

Installation Requirements

  1. Vertical wall mounting inside UL508A certified electrical cabinet, horizontal installation prohibited
  2. Minimum 80 mm vertical clearance above and below drive for heat dissipation
  3. Power wiring adopts AWG copper shielded cable, 360° shield grounding at cabinet PE bar
  4. Shared DC bus wiring follow AWG cross-section specifications defined in US manual
  5. For continuous full-load operation above 35°C ambient, cabinet forced air cooling mandatory

Operation Precautions

  1. Factory default parameter set to 60Hz grid; do not switch to 50Hz without re-calibration
  2. All safety circuit wiring must satisfy UL Class 1 control circuit standards
  3. Hot plugging of power and feedback connectors during energization strictly forbidden
  4. Annual heat sink dust removal maintenance required to prevent thermal overload
  5. Export equipment must retain original UL certification labels intact
