Working Principle:
PMSM with trapezoidal or sinusoidal commutation (depending on drive). The incremental encoder provides relative position feedback — the drive must perform homing at every power-up to establish absolute position. The drive uses sine/cosine interpolation for position feedback within each encoder cycle.

- G6.3 balancing (vs. G2.5) — more vibration at high speed
- Round flange (vs. square) — different mounting pattern
