Working Principle
- AC grid input undergoes full-bridge rectification to form stable DC bus voltage
- Space vector PWM modulation converts DC bus into three-phase sine wave variable frequency AC for motor drive
- Resolver real-time collects rotor position/speed signal and transmits to DSP main control chip
- DSP executes closed-loop triple-loop algorithm (position outer loop → velocity middle loop → current inner loop)
- Real-time torque adjustment via DQ coordinate transformation to eliminate motor torque ripple
- Regenerative energy generated during motor braking is consumed by built-in braking resistor or fed back to shared DC bus

Installation Requirements
- Mandatory vertical wall-mounted installation, drive front face facing operator
- Vertical clearance: ≥63.5mm above and below the drive for ventilation
- Horizontal clearance between adjacent drives: ≥10mm
- Mounting base plate flatness tolerance ≤0.1mm, conductive galvanized steel required
- Fastener specification: M5 hex socket screw, tightening torque 0.7–0.8Nm
- Install away from heat sources, transformers and frequency converters; avoid top heat radiation
Usage Precautions
- Wiring separation: power cable and feedback signal cable must run in separate conduits, single-end shielding grounding only
- Power-on sequence: 24V control power supply energized first, then main AC power supply
- Disconnect all power supplies for ≥10 minutes before maintenance to discharge DC bus capacitors completely
- Do not operate at ambient temperature exceeding 55°C without auxiliary forced air cooling
- Resolver wiring cannot be extended beyond 15m without signal amplification module
- Regularly clean cooling fan dust every 3 months to prevent overheat shutdown
- Ground wire cross-section ≥2.5mm² copper wire, reliable connection to equipment protective earth
