  • Mounting: vertical DIN rail (300 mm cabinet), 100 mm wide master / 50 mm axis modules
  • Dimensions: 245 × 100 × 225 mm (master, without connectors)
  • Weight: approx. 3.0 kg
Functional Features: Current / speed / position cascaded loops, electronic gearing, brake control output, encoder emulation (ROD426 / SSI), front-panel LED + keypad, full programmability via RS232 or CANopen, PROFIBUS DP baud 9.6 k–12 Mbit.
Application Scenarios: Retrofit of legacy CNC axes, packaging machines, printing presses, material handling cells still running S400 architecture.
Installation Notes: Vertical mounting only; leave 50 mm top/bottom clearance; bond shield directly to amplifier clamp; use external fan for sustained 6 A operation.
Usage Precautions: Do not mix 230 V and 400 V axis modules on same DC link without configuration; discharge DC bus >5 min before handling; PROFIBUS address set via DIP switches on option card.
