Mode Performance
Positioning Accuracy (repeatability) ±1 encoder count (with high-res feedback)
Velocity Ripple < 0.5% (at rated speed)
Torque Response Time < 5 ms (0 to 100% rated torque)
Bandwidth (velocity mode) ~500 Hz

Applicable Industries:
Packaging machines, material handling, textile machinery, plasma/laser cutting, injection molding, conveyor systems

Installation Requirements:

  • Mount vertically with minimum 100 mm clearance above and below for airflow
  • Use shielded cable for all signal connections
  • Ground the drive chassis and motor frame to the same earth potential (< 1 Ω)
  • DC bus capacitors require pre-charge circuit — do not hot-plug DC bus

Usage Notes:

  • Derate current by 1% per °C above 40°C ambient temperature
  • Ensure DC bus voltage does not exceed 565 V DC under any condition
  • Configure STO function before enabling power — required for functional safety compliance
