Installation Requirements:
- Mount stator into customer-designed housing with interference fit or bolt pattern
- Rotor must be balanced to G2.5 (ISO 1940) or better
- Liquid cooling: 40% ethylene glycol / water, flow rate 2 L/min minimum, inlet temp 20–25°C
- Air gap: 0.3 mm ± 0.05 mm (critical — must be maintained)
- Feedback device mounted on rotor — cable routing through hollow shaft or slip ring
Usage Notes:
- Never operate without cooling at rated torque — thermal damage will occur within minutes
- Air gap must not drop below 0.2 mm — risk of rotor-stator contact
- Magnets are brittle — handle with care, no impact
- Requires custom servo drive tuned for frameless motor parameters
- Do not use as a conventional motor with gearbox — this is a direct-drive component
