Installation Requirements:
- Mount magnet track on flat, machined surface — Flatness tolerance < 0.05 mm over full length
- Mount forcer on linear guide rails (recommended: Hiwin HG or THK SSR series)
- Ensure air gap between forcer and magnet track is 0.5 mm ± 0.1 mm
- Secure magnet track with M4 mounting holes at 100 mm intervals
- Connect encoder cable with shielded twisted pair — Maximum length 5 m (glass scale)
Precautions:
- Do not exceed 5.0 m/s peak speed
- Do not operate with air gap > 0.7 mm — Risk of forcer-to-track contact
- Do not apply lateral forces exceeding 50 N on the forcer
- Keep magnet track clean and free of ferrous debris
