Working Principle:
AC mains is rectified to a DC bus; an IGBT bridge synthesizes 3-phase PWM current to the motor under closed-loop control from rotor feedback. Command source can be analog ±10 V, pulse/direction, master encoder, or internal motion program.

  • Vertical mounting on grounded metal panel
  • Top/bottom clearance ≥ 40 mm, side clearance ≥ 75 mm
  • 24 V DC control supply isolated from power ground
  • Shielded feedback and motor cables, separated from power runs
