Working Principle:
DC current flows through the stator windings, generating a stationary magnetic field. The rotor’s permanent magnets interact with this field, producing torque. The commutator and brushes mechanically switch the current direction in the windings as the rotor turns, maintaining continuous rotation. The incremental encoder produces A/B/Z pulse trains proportional to shaft rotation, enabling velocity and position feedback.
