Working Principle
- AC mains input passes EMI filter to rectify stable DC bus voltage;

Installation Requirements
- Mount vertically inside IP20 protection electrical cabinet only, minimum clearance 50mm top, 30mm bottom, 10mm left/right between adjacent drives;
- Ambient operating temperature range: 0°C ~ +55°C, storage temperature: -20°C ~ +70°C;
- Relative humidity ≤85% non-condensing, install dehumidifier if ambient humidity exceeds 70%;
- Separate power cable and signal cable wiring, maintain minimum 10cm distance, shield cable single-end grounding at drive side only;
- Connect external braking resistor when load regenerative energy exceeds internal absorption capacity;
- Secure DIN rail buckle lock to prevent vibration loosening during equipment high-speed reciprocation.
Usage Precautions
- Power on sequence: First supply 24VDC auxiliary control power, then switch main AC power; power-off sequence reversed to avoid circuit board surge damage;
- Do not disconnect feedback cable while drive is powered on, will trigger irreversible overvoltage fault;
- Avoid operation in environment with conductive dust, corrosive gas, oil mist;
- Conduct regular heat grille dust cleaning every 3 months to prevent overheat derating;
- DC bus parallel connection requires matched drive power grade, install current balancing reactor for power difference >30%;
- Fault alarm must be fully cleared and root cause eliminated before restart operation, prohibited forced power reset continuous trial run.
