Working Principle

Installation Requirements
- Vertical installation inside IP20 electrical cabinet, top clearance ≥80mm for fan exhaust air flow, bottom clearance ≥40mm cold air intake;
- Ambient operating temperature: 0°C ~ +50°C, fan full-speed operation above 45°C ambient temperature;
- Cabinet ventilation fan required when multiple high-power CE06 drives installed together;
- High-current power cable cross-section minimum 16mm² copper wire, shielded signal cable with 360° metal cable gland shielding;
- External braking resistor mandatory for load inertia >0.05kg·m²;
- Cabinet vibration amplitude limited below 0.1mm at 10–100Hz frequency band, install vibration damping pad if equipment vibration exceeds limit.
Usage Precautions
- Strictly prohibit single-phase power input to this model, only three-phase balanced 380–480VAC mains supply allowed;
- Fan filter screen cleaning cycle every 1 month for dusty factory environments to avoid heat accumulation;
- Complete insulation resistance test between motor winding and ground before first power-on, insulation resistance ≥1MΩ standard;
- DC bus parallel connection limited to maximum 4 units of same CE06200 model, add balancing choke for more quantity;
- Do not perform wiring disassembly while main power is connected, residual DC bus voltage remains hazardous for 10 minutes after power-off;
- Long-term idle storage requires monthly auxiliary power supply 2 hours to activate circuit board electrolytic capacitors.
