Working Principle:
Identical to B-604-B-A3. When the servo drive’s DC bus voltage exceeds the braking threshold during deceleration, the drive activates an internal braking transistor, routing regenerative current through the B-604-C-A3. The NiCr wire-wound resistor element converts the electrical energy to heat, which is dissipated through the aluminum housing fins via natural convection.
