- Rotor Magnet: High-energy samarium-cobalt permanent magnet (high-temperature resistant)
- Output Shaft: Hardened quenched 4130 alloy steel with anti-wear surface treatment
- Terminal Connector Shell: Nickel-plated die-cast zinc alloy IP65 metal housing
Structural Characteristics
- NEMA standard front mounting flange with tapped threaded mounting holes
- Dual bearing shaft assembly with double-lip fluorine rubber shaft oil seal
- Radial finned aluminum housing for passive convection heat dissipation
- Rear extended secondary shaft for auxiliary encoder/tachometer mechanical coupling
- Side-mounted IP65 hybrid power+feedback single connector terminal block
Working Principle
Three-phase sinusoidal excitation current creates rotating stator electromagnetic field; samarium-cobalt permanent magnet rotor tracks field rotation synchronously. Resolver mounted on rear secondary shaft outputs analog differential sine/cosine position signals to servo drive for real-time vector commutation, supporting full torque, velocity, position closed-loop control modes.
Advantage Highlights
- Samarium-cobalt magnets eliminate high-temperature permanent magnet demagnetization risk during heavy overload cycles
- Low-inertia rotor reduces machine cycle time by up to 40% for high-speed pick-and-place applications
- NEMA standard mechanical dimensions simplify OEM equipment design interchangeability
- Class H insulation extends service life in high-temperature cabinet installation environments
- UL, CE certified for North American and European industrial machine compliance
Applicable Industries
High-speed packaging automation, electronic component insertion machines, textile high-speed shuttle looms, robotic pick-and-place axes, small high-speed CNC routing equipment
Installation Requirements
- NEMA flange mounting surface flatness tolerance ≤ 0.06 mm per 100 mm
- Radial shaft misalignment with load coupling limited to ≤ 0.015 mm runout
- Maintain minimum 40 mm clearance around cooling fins for natural airflow
- Ground motor housing via dedicated PE earth terminal with 4mm² copper conductor
- Connector cable minimum bend radius ≥ 7× cable outer diameter, no sharp bending angles
Operation Precautions
- Mechanical operating speed must never exceed 6000 RPM overspeed limit
- Avoid continuous torque overload exceeding 150% rated torque for longer than 30 seconds
- Ambient operating humidity restricted to 5–95% RH with zero condensation
- Do not subject motor housing to direct high-pressure coolant spray
- Disconnect servo drive main power before disassembling motor hybrid connector
