Working Principle

  1. Three-phase sine wave alternating current supplied by matched servo drive flows through stator distributed winding to generate rotating magnetic field;
  2. IPM permanent magnet rotor interacts with stator rotating field to produce continuous electromagnetic torque output on motor shaft;
  3. Resolver feedback device installed on rear rotor end converts mechanical rotation angle into analog voltage signal and transmits back to servo drive for closed-loop position control;
  4. Low-inertia rotor design enables rapid magnetic field angle tracking for ultra-fast acceleration and deceleration response;
  5. Class F insulated winding withstands continuous high-temperature operation under full load without insulation degradation.

Function Features

  1. Low cogging torque IPM electromagnetic design, torque ripple <1.2% across full speed range for ultra-smooth constant-speed operation;
  2. Wide temperature range reinforced winding (V suffix) supports continuous operation -20°C ~ +40°C ambient environment;
  3. Resolver feedback immune to vibration, dust, and temperature fluctuation, zero signal loss under harsh industrial conditions;
  4. Standard IP65 housing protection allows installation in splashing coolant and light dust production workshops;
  5. Double sealed bearing grease maintenance interval 20,000 operating hours under rated load.

Advantage Highlights

  1. Ultra-low rotor inertia delivers industry-leading acceleration performance for high-cycle reciprocating positioning axes;
  2. Resolver feedback eliminates fragile optical encoder glass components, suitable for heavy vibration machinery environments;
  3. Die-cast aluminum housing lightweight with excellent thermal conductivity to reduce winding temperature rise under full load;
  4. Full compatibility with Kollmorgen CE06, AKD, S700 series servo drives without parameter modification;
  5. Standard NEMA flange universal mechanical interface, direct replacement for mainstream global servo motor brands.

Applicable Industries

Automation transfer axes, packaging vertical lifting mechanisms, laser marking positioning stages, textile loom servo axes, small injection molding take-out robots, printing register correction axes.

Installation Requirements

  1. Standard NEMA 23 square flange face mounting, four M6 mounting bolts with torque 8N·m evenly tightened crosswise;
  2. Allow minimum 20mm clearance around motor housing for natural convection heat dissipation;
  3. Output shaft coupling concentricity error limited ≤0.03mm radial runout to avoid premature bearing failure;
  4. Cable junction box must face upward or horizontal orientation to prevent liquid accumulation inside terminal chamber;
  5. Motor mounting surface flatness tolerance ≤0.05mm over full flange contact area;
  6. Install flexible bellows shaft coupling prohibited rigid direct connection to load shaft.

Usage Precautions

  1. Continuous operation winding temperature must not exceed 130°C; stop equipment for cooling if surface temperature exceeds 90°C;
  2. Do not apply radial impact load directly to output shaft during assembly, will deform bearing inner race;
  3. Avoid long-term operation at motor mechanical resonance speed range (1200–1800 RPM for this model);
  4. Periodic bearing lubrication replenishment required after 20,000 continuous operating hours;
  5. Prohibit high-pressure water jet direct washing of motor housing junction box and rear feedback cover;
  6. Match only 230VAC standard voltage servo drives, incompatible with 400/480V high-voltage drive output without winding damage risk.
