Introduction: Three-phase digital servo drive operating directly from 230–480 VAC mains. Provides torque, speed, and position control for brushless servo motors. The “-AS” option adds Personnel Safe Restart Lock; “-BV” indicates built-in mains filter and specific firmware/connector layout.

Working Principle: Rectifies AC mains to DC bus, inverts to 3-phase PWM output, closes current/velocity/position loops via selected feedback.
Installation: Mount vertically in panel with ≥50 mm top/bottom clearance; use 4 mm² power terminals, 2.5 mm² signal combicon; star-point shield grounding.
Precautions: Mains filter integrated but additional user EMI filter required in residential areas; do not run above 40 °C without current derating; legacy firmware not compatible with AKD WorkBench.
