Working Principle

Installation Requirements
- Flange front mounting only, stainless steel flange sealing surface must attach flat to machine mounting plate

- M8 stainless steel flange bolts, tightening torque 12Nm evenly cross-tightening sequence

Usage Precautions
- All cleaning spray nozzles maintain ≥300mm distance from motor housing to avoid seal damage
- Do not use abrasive metal brush for motor surface cleaning; only soft plastic brush and food-grade detergent
- Brake coil power supply must maintain DC 24V ±5% voltage range to avoid incomplete brake release
- Avoid long-term motor operation at continuous stall torque to prevent winding overheat
- Conduct bearing grease replenishment maintenance every 8000 operating hours in high-wash environments
