Installation Requirements:

  • Mount using 4-bolt flange pattern — Bolt circle: 65 mm, 4× M5 holes
  • Alignment tolerance: < 0.05 mm radial runout, < 0.05 mm axial runout
  • Tighten flange bolts to 8 Nm torque (M5)
  • Insert key (5 mm × 5 mm × 20 mm per DIN 6885-1) into shaft keyway
  • Connect M23 12-pin cable — Maximum length 10 m (power + encoder combined)
  • Ground motor housing to < 1 Ω earth

Precautions:

  • Do not exceed 4.5 A continuous current per phase — Will overheat motor
