Functional Features: Low cogging, low harmonic distortion, plug-and-play motor recognition with AKD drives, full-frequency autotuning, resolver-based feedback immune to electrical noise.
Construction / Materials: Laminated stator steel, neodymium permanent-magnet rotor, cast aluminum housing, sealed bearings, integrated PTC thermistor.
Working Principle: Three-phase AC synchronous motor; drive synthesizes sinusoidal currents from resolver position to produce rotating field locking rotor magnets at commanded angle.
Mounting Requirements: Flange-mounted on machine tool or actuator using 108 mm IEC pilot; shaft alignment within 0.05 mm TIR; brake must be wired to isolated 24 VDC supply.
Usage Notes: Do not exceed 640 VDC bus. Brake releases only when 24 VDC applied; motor coasts if brake energized unintentionally. Resolver cable must be shielded and separated from power leads.
