  • Mounting: IEC flange with keyway or smooth shaft options
  • Brake: Optional 24 VDC fail-safe brake (not indicated by default in ACCNAB00)
  • Connectors: M23 SpeedTec rotatable connectors
Functional Characteristics:
  • Industry-leading torque density with low harmonic distortion
  • Exceptionally low cogging for smooth low-speed performance
  • Plug-and-play motor recognition with AKD series drives
  • Multiple sealing and shaft options for harsh environments
Application Scenarios:
  • Pick-and-place robots
  • Semiconductor wafer handling
  • Packaging machines
  • Medical automation
  • General-purpose indexing tables
Structural Features:
  • Stator with high-grade laminated steel, epoxy-coated windings
  • Rotor with rare-earth permanent magnets (Neodymium)
  • Stainless or black-anodized aluminum housing
  • Integrated feedback device mounted rearward
Working Principle:
A permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) where the drive supplies sinusoidal currents phased via rotor position feedback (encoder/resolver), generating a rotating magnetic field that interacts with the rotor magnets to produce precise torque and speed.
Installation Requirements:
  • Align coupling/hub within specified concentricity tolerance
  • Ground motor frame securely
  • Avoid excessive radial/thrust loads beyond catalog limits
Usage Precautions:
  • Do not operate beyond maximum bus voltage (640 VDC)
  • Ensure feedback cable shielding is properly terminated
  • Allow thermal soak time; winding rise rated at 100 °C over 40 °C ambient
