Material Composition
- Permanent magnets in the rotor
- Electrical steel stator laminations
- Copper stator windings
- Aluminum or alloy motor housing and flange
- Steel smooth output shaft
- Resolver feedback device
- Seals and bearings
- M23 connectors
Structural Features
- Compact synchronous servo motor
- Flange-mount construction
- Smooth 20 mm shaft
- Hollow-shaft resolver assembly
- Two rotatable angled M23 connectors
- IP65 enclosure
- Standardized AKM mounting interface
Working Principle
The servo drive supplies controlled three-phase current to the stator windings. The resulting rotating magnetic field interacts with the permanent magnets on the rotor, producing torque. The resolver measures shaft position and rotation, allowing the drive to perform closed-loop commutation, position control, velocity control, and torque control.
Installation Requirements
- Mount using the standard 58 × 58 mm flange interface
- Ensure the mounting surface is flat and mechanically stable
- Align the load coupling to avoid radial and axial overload
- Leave adequate clearance for the rotatable connectors and cable bend radius
- Use a compatible servo drive and resolver interface
- Verify motor winding and feedback compatibility before commissioning
Usage Precautions
- Do not operate the motor beyond its rated current, speed, and bus voltage.
- Confirm that the load inertia and duty cycle are within the drive and motor capabilities.
- Prevent overheating caused by insufficient cooling or excessive load.
- Do not disconnect the motor or feedback cables while the drive is powered.
- Observe all lockout or tagout and high-voltage safety procedures.
- Replace the motor only with an identical or validated compatible part number.
