Installation Requirements
- Vertical DIN rail mounting only inside IP20 electrical cabinet; minimum clearance 40mm top, 20mm bottom, 5mm between adjacent drives;
- Ambient operating temperature range: 0°C ~ +55°C, derate output power 15% continuously above 45°C ambient;
- Non-condensing relative humidity ≤85%, prohibited installation near water cooling pipelines without waterproof baffle;
- Shielded motor and feedback cables must use 360° metal gland grounding at cabinet entry point;
- External braking resistor required when cyclic deceleration regenerative energy exceeds internal absorption capacity;
- Cabinet EMC shielding partition recommended for installation near high-frequency inverter equipment.
Usage Precautions
- Auxiliary 24VDC control power must remain powered during equipment standby to retain fault history and parameter storage;
- Do not hot-unplug SFD single cable during drive operation, will trigger emergency STO shutdown;
- Avoid installation in environments with conductive dust, alcohol vapor, or fine powder pollution;
- Cabinet ventilation grille dust cleaning every 6 months for low-dust workshop, every 2 months for dusty production lines;
- Do not connect multiple drives to one shared 24VDC auxiliary power supply without overcurrent fuse protection per drive;
- After fault alarm elimination, execute full parameter backup before resuming production operation.
