AKD-T00607-ICA is a compact high-performance single-axis digital servo drive designed for 120/240VAC single/three-phase industrial power supply. Working Principle
Three-phase AC mains input passes EMC filter and rectifier circuit to form DC bus voltage. High-speed DSP executes triple closed-loop (current-velocity-position) vector FOC field-oriented control algorithm, outputting PWM modulated three-phase AC to drive permanent magnet synchronous servo motors. Real-time rotor position/velocity feedback from encoder/resolver is sampled every microsecond to eliminate position error, with hardware safety circuits cutting PWM output within 1ms upon fault trigger. Industrial bus receives motion commands from upper PLC/controller for synchronized multi-axis coordination.

Installation Mandatory Requirements

Standard Operation & Maintenance Precautions
