Working Principle: Rectifies AC to DC bus, generates sinusoidal PWM current via IGBT bridge, closes torque/velocity/position loops digitally.
Application Scenario: Multi-axis packaging, semiconductor handlers, CNC aux axes, test rigs.
Installation Requirement: 24 VDC control supply, PE ground <0.1 Ω, segregated power/shield cables, STO wiring per EN 61800-5-2.
