-
Compact metal housing for EMI shielding.
-
Detachable screw terminals (Power, Brake, I/O).
-
D-Sub connectors for feedback (9-pin/15-pin) and RJ25/RJ45 for communication.
Working Principle:
The drive receives command signals from a master controller via CANopen, processes them through high-speed DSPs, and regulates the 3-phase current to the motor using PWM techniques, closing the loop with feedback from the motor encoder.
Installation Requirements:
-
Requires panel mounting or standard DIN rail compatibility check (usually panel mount).
-
Ensure adequate clearance for heat dissipation (top/bottom airflow).
-
Input power must be disconnected before wiring.
Usage Precautions:
-
Do not exceed 528VAC input to prevent component damage.
-
Ensure the 24V logic supply is correctly isolated.
-
Ground the chassis properly to avoid EMI issues.
