Working Principle

Installation Requirements

  1. Vertical wall-mounted installation only; horizontal mounting strictly prohibited
  2. Vertical top-bottom clearance ≥25.4mm for heat dissipation
  3. Horizontal gap between adjacent drives ≥10mm
  4. Mounting surface must be conductive metal plate with flatness ≤0.1mm
  5. Fixing bolt M4, tightening torque 0.5–0.6Nm
  6. Do not install below heat-generating components (transformers, power resistors)

Usage Precautions

  1. EtherCAT communication cable must use shielded CAT6 industrial Ethernet cable, maximum cable length 100m
  2. Separate power wiring and signal wiring routing, cross at 90° if crossing required
  3. Complete DC bus capacitor discharge waiting time 10 minutes before opening drive cover
  4. When ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, install cabinet cooling fan with wind speed ≥2m/s
  5. STO safety circuit wiring must use dual-channel redundant hardwiring as per safety manual
  6. External braking resistor wiring resistance tolerance ±5% only
  7. Regular firmware upgrade via AKD Workbench software for performance optimization
