Working Principle
Single/three-phase 220VAC grid supply rectified to low-voltage DC bus rail; dual 32-bit DSP digital control unit processes motion commands received via CANopen DS402 fieldbus or external ±10V analog differential setpoint signals. Motor position feedback signals continuously sampled to execute high-speed vector control algorithm, generating PWM gate drive signals for IGBT inverter stage. Inverter outputs variable-frequency three-phase sinusoidal power to drive AKM low-voltage synchronous servo motors, integrated regenerative braking circuit dissipates deceleration feedback energy to maintain stable DC bus voltage.
Advantage Highlights
- CANopen DS402 standard compliance enables integration with all third-party CANbus industrial PLC and motion controllers
- Dual analog + CANbus interface supports hybrid control system upgrades from legacy analog automation equipment
- Fanless passive cooling eliminates fan failure maintenance and cabinet dust contamination risks
- Identical mechanical footprint to EtherCAT variant allows direct hardware interchange for machine platform standardization
- UL, CE, RoHS certified for global small OEM automation equipment export requirements
Applicable Industries
Distributed packaging conveyor lines, textile looms, small robotic handling systems, laboratory automation positioning equipment, desktop CNC engraving machinery, medical diagnostic automation
Installation Requirements
- Vertical DIN rail mounting only on standard 35 mm cabinet DIN rail inside IP54+ sealed enclosure
- Maintain minimum 80 mm vertical unobstructed airflow clearance above and below aluminum heat sink
- CANbus communication wiring must use 120Ω terminated shielded CAN twisted pair cable
- Separate analog command and CANbus signal wiring from high-current servo power cables by minimum 150 mm distance

Operation Precautions
- Operating input supply voltage restricted to 85–265 VAC single/three-phase
- Avoid cabinet installation environments with high oil mist, cutting coolant vapor or conductive metal dust
- Prevent direct radiant heat exposure to drive aluminum heat sink surface
- Disconnect main AC power supply before modifying CANbus, analog command or motor feedback wiring
- Allow 4-minute DC bus discharge waiting period post power-off before accessing drive internal circuit components
