    • Position loop bandwidth: 1–250 Hz
    • Update rate: 1.5 MHz
    • Internal regen resistor: Yes
    • Fieldbus: PROFINET RT + secondary Ethernet service channel
    • Feedback supported: SFD, SFD-M, EnDat 2.1/2.2, BiSS, HIPERFACE®, analog sin/cos, incremental encoder, resolver
    • I/O: 8× 24 V digital in, 3× digital out, 1× ±10 V analog in, 1× ±10 V analog out, optically isolated screw terminals
    • Safety: STO (Safe Torque Off), SIL2 / PLd, over-voltage / over-current / over-temperature detection

    • Dimensions: 256 mm H × 65 mm W × 185 mm D (without connectors)
    • Weight: 2.7 kg
  • Functional Features: Highest-bandwidth torque loop in AKD class, wizard-based full-frequency autotune, Kollmorgen WorkBench commissioning, TCP/IP service channel, plug-and-play motor recognition, onboard motion indexing (position, velocity, torque modes).
  • Application Scenarios: Single-axis packaging machines, lab automation, semiconductor handling, light CNC axes, any 480 V machine using PROFINET with a 3 A motor such as Kollmorgen AKM42G or small AKM51 windings.
  • Material & Structure: Aluminum heatsink housing, steel mounting rails, PCB with DSP + FPGA, detachable screw-terminal blocks, D-sub feedback connectors, RJ45 bus connector.
  • Working Principle: Rectifies AC supply to DC bus, inverts to 3-phase sinusoidal PWM output; rotor position from feedback closes FOC loop; motion setpoint received via PROFINET CoE or internal indexer.
  • Mounting Requirements: Vertical mount in enclosed panel, ≥50 mm top/bottom clearance, IP20 requires cabinet; PE conductor sized for 480 V 3φ input; separate motor power and feedback cables by ≥100 mm or use grounded separator.
  • Usage Notes: Internal resistor covers light regen only; for vertical-axis high-decel loads verify resistor energy rating. STO must be dual-channel wired through safety relay. Autotune with real load inertia before production. Derating 1.5 %/°C above 40 °C ambient to 50 °C max.
