Working Principle

Universal single-phase AC mains filtered via integrated EMC circuit then rectified to DC bus voltage. High-speed DSP receives motion command via EtherCAT bus from upper-level motion controller, executes FOC vector control algorithm to generate three-phase sinusoidal PWM drive signals for servo motor. Multi-turn high-resolution encoder feeds real-time rotor position signal back to drive to close triple control loop for precise trajectory tracking. Regenerative energy from motor deceleration consumed by internal brake chopper circuit; integrated EMC filter suppresses drive switching noise from propagating back to factory power grid.

Installation Requirements
