Working Principle

Installation Requirements
- Mount to standard 35 mm DIN rail inside IP54+ sealed electrical cabinet
- Vertical mounting only; horizontal installation prohibited for heat sink airflow efficiency
- Minimum 75 mm vertical clearance above and below drive unit
- Separate high-voltage power cables and low-voltage signal cables into isolated routing trays
- Connect dedicated PE earth wire (4mm² copper) to chassis ground terminal
Operation Precautions
- Do not operate with input voltage below 187VAC or above 528VAC three-phase supply
- Avoid installation in high-dust, oily, or corrosive vapor cabinet environments
- Prevent direct sunlight exposure to drive aluminum heat sink surface
- Disconnect 480VAC main power supply before modifying feedback or motor wiring
- Allow 5-minute discharge period post power-off before accessing internal drive components
