Working Principle
Single-phase AC input passes integrated EMC filter then full-wave rectification to generate DC bus voltage. Next-generation high-speed DSP chip executes FOC field-oriented control algorithm and adaptive vibration suppression logic, outputting three-phase low-noise PWM drive signals to small-frame servo motor stator windings. Encoder real-time rotor position feedback forms triple closed-loop control system to achieve micron-level positioning precision. Regenerative energy during deceleration consumed by internal brake chopper; integrated EMC filter blocks high-frequency switching noise backflow to factory power supply.
Applicable Industries
Optical inspection equipment, laboratory micro-positioning stages, small laser marking machines, 3C electronic micro-assembly jigs, textile small precision looms, medical fluid dispensing automation equipment
Installation Requirements
- Vertical DIN rail mounting inside IP54+ electrical cabinet, horizontal mounting prohibited
- Minimum 50 mm vertical convection clearance above and below drive unit
- Separate shielded power and encoder cable routing with 10 cm minimum separation distance
- Cabinet PE ground bar connection via 2.5 mm² copper grounding wire
- Ambient relative humidity limited to 5%–85% non-condensing
Operation Precautions
- Execute auto motor identification procedure after initial wiring before motion operation
- Avoid energized hot plugging of EtherCAT and feedback connectors
- Continuous high-cycle deceleration applications require external braking resistor installation
- Do not deploy in environments with conductive dust, chemical vapor or persistent heavy vibration
- Use Workbench V7.0 or higher software version for full AKD2G modular function access
