Functional Features:
  • NdFeB magnets, low cogging stator
  • 6-pole rotor, resolver commutation
  • 100 °C winding thermostat
  • Direct retrofit for ServoStar CD/S300/S700
Working Principle:
Stator 3-phase field rotates under drive PWM; PM rotor follows, torque ∝ q-axis current.
Structure & Materials:
Laminated silicon-steel stator, NdFeB rotor, anodized aluminum housing, powder-coated end caps, stainless shaft, F-class insulation.
Installation Requirements:
Flange mount on machined face, coupling concentricity <0.05 mm, no radial shaft load >600 N, brake released only with 24 VDC applied.
Usage Notes:
Resolver version needs no absolute battery; encoder version needs homing; derate above 40 °C ambient.
