Working Principle

Three-phase variable frequency sinusoidal current output from matched high-voltage servo drive flows through stator distributed windings to generate rotating electromagnetic field. Surface-mounted neodymium permanent magnet rotor interacts with stator rotating field to produce continuous electromagnetic driving torque rotating output shaft. Rear-end hollow shaft resolver detects real-time rotor electrical angle, transmits analog sine/cosine position feedback signal back to servo drive to close triple current-speed-position control loop for precise motion regulation. Optional power-off holding brake uses spring mechanical force to lock shaft position when brake power supply is disconnected for vertical load anti-falling safety.
