Working Principle:
Standard PMSM operation; resolver sends sine/cosine signals to drive R/D converter; drive produces 3-phase sinusoidal current vector aligned to rotor flux.
Application Scenarios:
Robot wrist/elbow joints, CNC tool turrets, label applicators, small transfer-axis drives, semiconductor handling.
Installation Requirements:
  • Flange clamp to machine metal; radial load per manual (< 500 N at shaft end)
  • Resolver cable shielded twisted pair, max 100 m, shield grounded at drive end
  • Do not clean housing with trichloroethylene, nitro thinners, or acetone
Usage Notes:
6-pole motor; drive must be configured for 6-pole electrical revolution. Peak torque falls sharply above 4800 RPM.
