Working Principle
Transmits low-amplitude analog resolver sine/cosine position signals and motor thermal sensor signals between servo motor and servo drive. Installation Requirements
- Maintain minimum separation distance of 150 mm between feedback cable and high-current servo power cables
- Install cable drag chain with dynamic bend radius ≥ 10× cable outer diameter for reciprocating axes
- Ground cable drain wire to drive cabinet dedicated earth bar at both connector ends
- Avoid sharp edge contact with cable outer jacket to prevent sheath abrasion
