Working Principle
The unit exchanges data with the UNISAB III controller over the field bus, receives sensor values from compressors and plant devices, presents them on the LCD, accepts operator commands, validates them according to access level and sends control instructions back to the controller for execution.
Installation Requirements
Cut the panel opening to 196 by 122 mm. Secure the unit with supplied clamps or screws. Connect 24 VDC from a filtered power supply. Use shielded communication cable with proper grounding. For Ethernet or CAN variants, follow the controller network topology and termination rules. Configure device address and firmware version to match the existing UNISAB system.
Usage Precautions
Use only a stable 24 VDC supply because voltage drop during compressor start can reset the unit. Backup all parameters before replacement. Match replacement firmware to the existing compressor configuration. Clean the front membrane with a damp soft cloth only. Avoid solvents, excessive heat and unprotected rear terminal exposure.
