Hima F3502 Safety – related Controller

It supports 32 – way safety digital input (Type 4/PLe) and 16 – way safety digital output (Type 4/PLe), with a response time ≤ 5ms. It has 2 gigabit Ethernet ports (supporting 10/100/1000BASE – T) and 2 RS485 serial ports. The power supply is dual – channel redundant 24V DC (18 – 32V), and the working temperature range is – 25°C to + 70°C.

  • Function Features: It adopts a redundant dual – core processor architecture, and the dual – core processor uses a “two – out – of – three” voting logic. When any core fails, the system can still operate in a safe degraded mode. It has a high – safety level, meeting international safety standards such as IEC 61508 SIL 3 and IEC 61511. It also has strong communication capabilities, being compatible with mainstream safety protocols such as SafeEthernet and PROFIsafe.
  • Application Scenarios: Widely used in the safety – related control systems of the process industry, such as the emergency shutdown system (ESD) and fire and gas detection (F&G) in the petrochemical, electric power, and metallurgical industries. It is also used in machine automation, such as burner management (BMS) and turbine mechanical control (TMC).
