Working Principle: Overload heats bimetal → trips in seconds; short-circuit drives magnetic armature → trips in <10 ms.
Application Scenarios: Main incoming breaker for 1000 A switchboards, large compressor/mill motor feeders, turbine auxiliary transformer LV outlet.
Installation & Notes: Torque bolts to GE spec; derate above 40 °C ambient; only qualified personnel reset after trip; confirm 30 kA IC at actual system X/R.
