Functional Characteristics

  • Electrical Isolation: Provides electrical isolation between the turbine sensors and the controller, ensuring the stability and reliability of the signal.
  • Signal Digitization: Digitizes sensor signals and feeds them to the controller, facilitating accurate data processing and analysis.
  • Speed Input Interface: Has an interface with four passive magnetic speed inputs. The circuit sensitivity can detect 2 – RPM turning gear speed to determine if the turbine has stopped, and the median speed signal is used for speed control and primary overspeed trip signal.
  • Auto – reconfiguration: Allows for auto – reconfiguration, which can automatically download from the controller to the I/O pack, including baseload, boot load, firmware, and parameters. This function can be enabled or disabled in the Toolbox ST application through the component editor.
  • Status Indicators: Has LED indicators for network status, power, and attention, which can help users monitor the working status of the module in real – time.
Application Scenarios

  • Gas Turbine Control: It is mainly used in gas turbine control systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of gas turbines.
  • Steam Turbine Control: Also applicable to steam turbine control, providing reliable protection and control for steam turbines.
  • Power Generation: Plays an important role in power generation plants, whether in gas – fired power plants or steam – powered power plants, to ensure the stable operation of turbines and the reliability of power generation.
  • Industrial Applications: Can be used in various industrial applications that require turbine control, such as petrochemical, metallurgy, and other industries.
