Functional Characteristics

  • Isolated Output Groups: The module has 12 output points divided into two isolated groups of 6 points each. Each group has a separate common, and the two commons are not connected inside the module, allowing each group to be used on different phases of the AC supply or powered from the same supply.
  • Over – Current Protection: Each group is protected by a 3 – amp fuse, and an RC snubber is provided for each output to protect against transient electrical noise on the power line.
  • LED Indicators: There are LED indicators on the top of the module to display the on/off status of each output point. The red LED (labeled F) functions as a blown – fuse indicator that turns on if any of the fuses should blow.

Application Scenarios

  • Industrial Automation: It can be used in various industrial production lines to control the operation of devices such as motors, solenoids, and contactors, realizing the automation control of the production process.
  • Building Automation: In building management systems, it is used to control lighting systems, air – conditioning systems, and elevator systems, etc., to achieve intelligent control of buildings.
  • Process Control: Applied in industries such as chemical, petroleum, and food processing, it is used to control the on – off of valves, pumps, and other equipment in the process, ensuring the stable operation of the production process.
