Material Composition:
-
Interrupter Chamber: Stainless steel / copper-chromium alloy contacts + glass/ceramic vacuum envelope
-
Housing: Stainless steel / epoxy resin castings
-
Operating Mechanism: Spring steel, aluminum alloy
Structural Characteristics:
-
Three-pole integrated structure with upper and lower outlet terminals
-
Equipped with auxiliary contact groups (normally open / normally closed)
-
Chassis-mounted or panel-mounted
Working Principle: When the control circuit energizes the electromagnetic coil (or releases the spring-energy-storage mechanism), the operating mechanism drives the moving contact within the vacuum interrupter. As the contacts separate, the vacuum medium rapidly quenches the arc, interrupting the current. The auxiliary contacts simultaneously change state to provide feedback to the control system for interlock and status monitoring.
Installation Requirements:
-
Vertical installation; tilt angle must not exceed ±5°
-
Terminal torque must comply with GB/T 11022 standards
-
The vacuum interrupter must not be subjected to external mechanical stress
-
Ensure control voltage (AC/DC 110–240 V) matches the local supply
Usage Precautions:
-
Regularly test the vacuum degree — replace the interrupter when below 1.33 × 10⁻² Pa
-
Do not exceed the rated operating frequency limits
-
Verify control circuit polarity for DC operation
