Material & Structure: Flame-retardant PC plastic housing (UL94 V-0); nickel-plated copper alloy terminals; industrial-grade PCB with conformal coating; standard 1/4 DIN size, 72 mm wide; front-wired terminals; CT enters from top; transparent dust cover protecting display and key area.
Working Principle: External current transformers (CT) acquire three-phase current signals; an internal DSP processor performs real-time calculation and compares against preset protection parameters. When a threshold is exceeded, the output relay is driven to trip the motor control circuit, and fault information is uploaded via Modbus simultaneously. Event recording and fault waveform capture support up to 64 stored events.
Features: Fifteen motor protection functions integrated in a single relay; Modbus RTU for SCADA/DCS remote monitoring; programmable trip curves (IEC standard curves / GE custom curves); front-panel key programming without special software.
Applications: Comprehensive protection and monitoring of medium and high-voltage motors in industrial plants, power stations, and large machinery drives.
Installation & Usage Notes: CT wiring must observe polarity; ensure auxiliary power matches the 85–265 V AC/DC range; mounting in control cabinet with adequate ventilation; regular inspection of terminal tightness and CT connections; above 2000 m altitude requires current derating.
