Application Scenarios: Extensively applied in the control of power equipment such as gas turbines and steam turbines, as well as other industrial distributed control systems demanding stringent safety and stability.
Installation & Usage Workflow:
  1. Pre-Installation: The module employs base mounting and must be directly secured to a dedicated mounting base. Reserve approximately 4 inches (101.6 mm) of air gap above and below the module for heat dissipation. Connect to an 18–32 V DC power supply (typically a 24 V DC power pack).
  2. Interface Connection: Establish communication with Mark VIe series I/O modules via the In-Vehicle I/O Network (IONet) interface. For UDH network access, prepare a 4 GB flash drive in advance. The 3PL connector transmits conditioned signals to boards such as STCA; the JE connector transmits generator and line signals.
  3. Software Configuration: Install ToolboxST software (recommended version: ControlST V07.02 or higher) on a Windows-based system for core configuration.
