Detailed content

Technical Specifications:
  • Series: DC2000
  • Input Voltage: 24 V DC (received from the Control Power Transformer)
  • Operating Temperature: -30°C to +65°C
  • Dimensions: 2.8 cm (Height) × 8.6 cm (Width)
  • Weight: 0.45 kg
Output Power Supply:
  • +5 V DC (4 A)
  • +15 V DC (0.4 A)
  • +24 V DC (3 A for +24V; 1 A for -24V)
  • 115 V AC (0.4 A)
Functional Features:
  • Power Supply: Provides +5 V DC, +15 V DC, +24 V DC, and 115 V AC power supplies.
  • Motor Field Power Circuit: Supports motor field power (excluding SCR modules).
  • Armature SCR Gate Drive Circuit: Drives the gate control of the armature SCR.
  • Signal Sense Circuit: Includes sensing of armature voltage and current, AC line current, voltage amplitude, and field current.
  • Protection: Fuses FU2 and FU3 (7A, 2AG) prevent power output short circuits. Fuse blow indication is provided by LEDs CR51 and CR55. FU1 (1/2A, 2AG) protects the 115V AC output.
Working Principle: The Voltage-Controlled Oscillator (VCO) circuit converts input voltage into frequency signals (nominal 250kHz, range 0 to 500kHz). Motor voltage feedback is transmitted to the SDCC/LDCC board via the 1PL connector, with attenuation and scaling managed by DIP switches SW4 and SW6.
Application Scenarios: Drive Control Systems.
Installation & Usage Notes: Built-in overvoltage and short-circuit protection mechanisms safeguard the system. Its compact size and light weight facilitate installation and maintenance.
