GE DS200ADMAH1AAA
Analog-Digital Mixed Daughter Card (ADMA) for the GE Mark V Speedtronic control system. It mounts on top of the DPSC processor board and provides analog signal conditioning, A/D and D/A conversion, and extended digital I/O.
- Technical Specifications: 12 analog input channels (±10 V / 0–20 mA jumper-selectable); 4 analog output channels (±10 V / 4–20 mA, 12-bit); 8 digital I/O points (24 VDC, optically isolated); 16-bit ADC / 12-bit DAC; ≤100 kSPS/channel sampling rate; 1500 V AC isolation (channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground); input impedance 1 MΩ (voltage) / 250 Ω (current); 24 VDC powered; –20…+65 °C operating; ≈ 0.18 kg; 96-pin European header daughter-card mounting.
Detailed content
- Functional Features: 4-layer FR-4 PCB with independent analog/digital ground planes and metalized-hole shielding, suppressing inter-channel crosstalk below –80 dB; integrated PLD and static RAM for DPSC bus interface; green IMOK and red FAIL LED indicators.
- Application Scenarios: Receives and processes LVDT position feedback, 4–20 mA pressure/flow signals, thermocouple temperature signals, voltage signals, and vibration signals in Mark V gas and steam turbine control cabinets.
- Material & Structure: 120 × 100 × 20 mm daughter-card format; cut-out pattern in metal front panel allows installation atop existing DPSC (DS200DPSC) board.
- Installation & Usage Notes: Mount securely on the DPSC processor board via 96-pin Euro header; ensure correct orientation to avoid bent pins; observe ESD precautions when handling; verify analog input range jumpers match field signal type before power-up.
