Working Principle:​ Below 1140 V = open; surge exceeds Vbr → avalanche conducts → voltage clamped near 1750 V → energy dumped to ground.
Application Scenarios:​ Wind converter DC-link, PV inverter 1000 VDC+, VFD DC bus, UPS input surge, turbine exciter 1300 VDC protection.
