Working Principle:​ Under normal operation, current passes through the bimetallic thermal element and electromagnetic coil. During overload, the bimetallic strip bends upon heating and reaches the set value to trigger the trip mechanism and disconnect the circuit. During short circuit, the high current generates sufficient magnetic force in the electromagnetic coil to instantly attract the armature, completing the break within 10 ms to protect downstream equipment.
Installation Requirements:​ Standard 35 mm DIN rail mounting; terminal torque 3.5 N·m (copper wire) / 2.5 N·m (aluminum wire); maintain ≥ 5 mm heat dissipation spacing between adjacent breakers; distribution box must have good ventilation with ambient temperature not exceeding +70 °C.
