Working Principle
The controller measures valve stem position with a non-contact magnetic sensor, compares it with the 4–20 mA setpoint, and modulates pneumatic pressure to the actuator until the valve reaches the commanded position.
Installation Requirements
Mount directly to actuator yoke using three-point interface
Ensure supply air is clean and dry
Position vent correctly for weatherproof operation
Verify NAMUR or actuator compatibility
Usage Notes
Terminal voltage must support analog and HART operation
Do not use contaminated or wet instrument air
Check alert records if fault symbol appears
Confirm area classification and certification before installation
