Working Principle:​

The microprocessor counts clock pulses for timing or external input pulses for counting. Switch and keypad settings determine mode, range, output timing and reset behavior. When preset values are reached, programmed and instantaneous outputs change state to control relays, solenoids, conveyors or batch equipment.

Installation Requirements:​

Install in a CYCL-FLEX enclosure, HN308/HN364 or approved adapter plate

Supply 240 V AC 50/60 Hz for B6 version with correct fusing

Use H-5331 brackets, HP50-31 ring or PDM-534 adapter where panel format requires

Maintain ambient temperature within 0 °C to +60 °C

Usage Precautions:​

Set all rocker switches before applying load control duties

Use keypad lock in shared facilities to prevent setpoint changes

Do not exceed 10 A resistive or 1 A solid-state output ratings

Test relay and solid-state outputs on no-load before production counting
