Functional Features:

This is a general-purpose flexible cable — it is NOT designed for servo motor power connections (which require double-shielded PUR cables like 4C2210.01-510). It is suitable for 24 V DC and 230 V AC control circuits up to 500 V. The fine-stranded conductors enable repeated flexing in cable carriers without conductor fatigue.

Control cabinet internal wiring, sensor/actuator power distribution, relay coil connections, solenoid valve power feeds, indicator light circuits, general machine building.

Installation Requirements:

Route in cable tray or conduit. Maintain minimum bend radius (16 mm fixed / 24 mm flexible). Separate from 400 V+ power cables by minimum 50 mm. Use cable glands (PG7–PG11) for entry into enclosures. Label both ends per wiring diagram / IEC 81346. Torque cable gland nut to 0.5 Nm (PG7) to 2.5 Nm (PG16).

Critical Usage Directives:

DO NOT use for ACOPOS servo motor connections — servo drives require double-shielded PUR cables (4C series) to meet EMC requirements. Verify voltage rating matches circuit (max 500 V AC). Do not use in explosion-hazard areas (ATEX Zone 0/1/2) without additional protection. Replace if PVC jacket shows cracking, discoloration, or hardness changes (indicates aging). Maximum continuous conductor temperature: 70°C.
